WHY SUPPORT RHA?
RHA is a dynamic and progressive Conservative Jewish day school that has been educating Toronto area students for over 40 years. Tuition alone does not meet the changing needs of our school, and we therefore rely heavily on a variety of fundraising initiatives to further enhance our curriculum, extra-curricular programs, professional development, and facilities.
There are a number of ways in which you can show your support, and all donations will receive a charitable tax receipt per CRA guidelines. Here’s how you can help:

The Above & Beyond Excellence Fund was created to allow RHA to maintain its leadership role as one of the most progressive Jewish Day Schools in North America. Over the next two years RHA plans to allocate gifts to the Above & Beyond Excellence Fund in the following General Studies and Judaic Studies project areas:

Planned Giving
Planned giving is another way to
support the Above & Beyond Excellence Fund, and is often achieved with deferred
gifts such as:

Endowment Funds

Bequests
-
Gifts of Securities
-
Gifts of Real Estate
For these types of gifts, the commitment is made now, but the funds may not be available to the charity until a future date.
It is the process of designating charitable gifts so that the donor realizes his/her philanthropic objectives, while maximizing tax and other
financial benefits.
